Scott MacMeeken

Scott at the Cowboy Museum

Scott is our Lead Cowboy for the Shadow Ride.
Scott’s Love for his wife Michelle and other Porphyria sufferers is what inspired this Porphyria Awareness event.

“Both my parents passed away before I was 40 years old, My desire to help people is a testament to who they were.”

Scott was raised in Florida and South Carolina and he enjoys the simple life of a small town, where he and his wife Michelle live.
His love of horses started when he was less than a year old and his older sister took him for rides on her horse.
At the age of 5 he received his first horse, a Shetland pony named “Rebel”
By the age of 9 Scott began training horses.
Scott enjoys performing and writing music.
